The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) has launched the Pharma Research in AyurGyan And Techno Innovation (PRAGATI-2024) initiative. This program aims to shape the future of Ayurveda through enhanced research and innovation. The launch event occurred on May 28, 2024, at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, and was inaugurated by Dr. Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary of the Ministry of AYUSH.
PRAGATI-2024 seeks to foster collaboration between CCRAS and the Ayurveda drug industry. A key component of this initiative includes providing scholarships to students, thereby helping them understand the importance of research in Ayurveda.
CCRAS is an autonomous body under the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy), Government of India, based in New Delhi.
